1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 32.1-X.3, R-4. Draped Bust Left. 145.4 grains. VG-10. Fine + details with uniformly porous surfaces and a Y shaped scratch behind Liberty’s head. Well centered and well struck. This is the only pairing of the 32.1 obverse. It is interesting to note that the E in CONNEC and ETLIB is formed from a modified F punch, and the B of ETLIB is formed from a modified R punch.
